About
Dr. Azordegan's interest in neurosurgery began when his father, also a neurosurgeon, would discuss interesting cases at the dinner table. Dr. Azordegan has practiced neurosurgery for over 25 years now. Even though his practice is mainly spine and peripheral nerve, he also enjoys doing cranial surgery.
Dr. Azordegan was born and raised in Jackson. He left Mississippi to do his medical school training at The Johns Hopkins University and an internship and residency in the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He also completed rotations through MD Anderson Cancer Center.
